These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vietnam Visa Approval Letter Verification System (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Purpose of the Service
The Service is provided solely to allow holders of Vietnam visa approval letters, and authorized parties, to verify the authenticity and status of a reference number. The Service does not issue, modify, cancel, or extend visa approval letters or visas.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Use
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate information when using the Service.
- You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to commit, facilitate, or conceal fraud or any unlawful activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its underlying systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without prior written authorization.
- Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.
4. Verification Results
Verification results reflect data available in the system at the time of the query. Results are informational and do not, by themselves, constitute legal admission, immigration clearance, or any binding determination by an authority. Final determinations rest with the competent immigration officials at the point of entry.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, source code, and materials available through the Service are the property of the Service operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See the Disclaimer for additional terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operator and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or that is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.

These Terms may be modified from time to time. The updated version takes effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
